R.A. Mashelkar: Breakthrough designs for ultra-low-cost products

得承认,我的确一开始是被标题吸引的。唉,人穷啊,所以以看到Less gets more的东西就忍不住两眼放光。中间差点认为是Tata的广告而关掉。

还好,这个视频讲了三个故事,和演讲之后的一个故事。

第一个故事是Tata如何打造出2000美元的汽车

第二个故事是印度人如何用了5年时间,花费了10万美元研发经费,打造出了仅售价100美元的药品,一个名为CSIR的项目,一款治疗疥疮的药剂。

第三个故事是一个只需要花费28美元的假腿。时代杂志也曾报道过这个发明,被评为2009年50大创新之一。
